As I sit in front of my computer at 3 am searching for something to fill the empty corners of my mind, I think to myself hey its quiet I can blog about some awesome things going on in our lives... Although our job situation is a complete mess and it seems that our lives are falling completely apart right in front of our faces, I realize that God is in control and that's that....

We have been consumed with T-ball for the last few months. My boys amaze me at their talent... Phillip has coached for the last three years and for those of you who know him you know that in its self is a feat... He is a great coach and there is a different side of him that comes alive when he is on the baseball field with those kids and I absolutely love to watch him... Preston is just AWESOME!... There wasn't one game that we played that a complete stranger would come up to me and say wow your son is one great ball player... We played 11 games this year and he hit 20 home-runs... Now some of you may think wait its t-ball and home-runs are no big deal but let me tell you... Preston would hit line-drives or fly balls to the grass over the kids heads... He nearly took his fathers head off more times than I could count... Each and every game that was played I would just be amazed... When he would stand up at the plate he would "BABE RUTH" point into the direction that he was going to hit and DO IT... He turned 5 double plays this season and made countless unbelievable plays on defense... Our entire team was a great group of kids with amazing talent... We watched all of the kids become better ball players and accomplish great things... We are so proud of them... We finished our season in 1st place!... My husband got drenched by several of his players and "ahem" assistant coaches (mainly just Scott) lol... But it was great and I am so proud of all of the team but especially "MY BOYS".....

On May 21st I realized once again just how "BLESSED" I am... My wonderful, very intelligent, sweet, and amazing daughter received awards for outstanding achievement in Science, Math, Reading, and Social Studies.... She is now a 5th grader... Yes all of you who just said no way.. Yes way Melisha Gayle is going into the 5th grade!!! I can't even tell you how proud of her that I am! She is absolutely one of a kind!! I sit here now and remember all the tears that fell from our eyes as time and time we tried for a baby and thought that we would never have one and then here she came!! My my my how blessed we are to be parents of this kid!!! She has one of the sweetest hearts that I know and loves God with everything that is within her... and for that I am blessed...

That same day my sweet son graduated from Kindergarten... Whew that was difficult... As I watched him march into that gym I cried... I have watched him grow into such an awesome young guy... He was voted class favorite and is a complete man's man! I remember when while I was pregnant with him I would pray that God would bless him to be anointed and to be a man's man... Well we all know that God answers prayers!!

For all of you who took time out of your day to read this post... Thank You and I am sorry...lol I know that most of my posts are about a hilarious incident around this house but this time I needed to remember just how BLESSED I am... Also due to the fact that it's the weeee hours of the morning please o please forgive the endless run-on sentences and the horrible grammar that I am sure this post is laced with!!

You do have 2 incredible kids! I remember frequently how blessed I was by your testimony of Malisha. You blessed me more than you will ever know. The way you poured out to me when I was going thru our miscarriage was what helped me to hold on. My faith was made stronger by your faith and strength. I am forever grateful for your prayers and your and Philip's many upliftings during what was the worst experience I've ever had. I love ya.

You have a beautiful family and yes, you are a blessed woman of God. You pour out yourself into your children and they are overflowing with Godliness (and quite possibly other, funnier things, too). I love you and I enjoyed the video.
